In case of low non-condensable gas mass fractions or high walls, the heat transport resistance of the liquid film can limit the wall condensation rate. As a first step to a more holistic wall condensation model, the Eulerian wall film module of OpenFOAM was integrated to the existing wallCondensation library and boundary conditions. As of now, film flows can be simulated for cases with sufficent non-condensables (>0.1 vol.fr) and further work is required to extend and validate the model to higher steam mass fractions.
