Convention for axis orientations
Discussions with @caron and @clausen:
Right now, the plot functions assume that the zero point is in the bottom left and that the z axis points out of the screen. In the future, one should consider if empyre should follow the convention of many NumPy and SciPy packages, and computer graphics in general:
- Zero is in the top left corner
- The z axis points into the screen
This implies that positive rotations around z are clock-wise.
