It lead to internal compiler errors and I think that by now we have better ways
of finding uninitialized variables .

Merge changes concerning noco and input types

Gave l_removemagnetisationfrominterstitial a more handleable name. Added warnings and errors in case of weird choice of input switches related to FFN.

 -rotations for offdiagonal part removed for the same reason as FFN+LDAU

Clear messaging that the offdiagonal contributions to LDA+U only enter when noco%l_mtnocoPot is true
