Broken CI for pgi/intel build

The nightly CI tests for the pgi and intel builds fail due to strange behaviour.

pgi: The artifacts show, that some tests fail due to segfaults of unknown origin.

intel: The inpgen tests work, while the first Fleur tests runs so long that the timeout kicks in.

Both problems seem to be unconnected to the code itself, but I had posting this issue on my To-Do list just as a reminder. It is also not a very pressing matter, but I think @wortmann is already slowly shifting his gaze towards this and the subpar CI performance @micha often crtizised.
