Anisotropy without SOC
By using a noco-setup in which one can rotate the magnetisation direction, a simple ferromagnetic has different energies when the magnetisation points in z-direction compared to e.g. the x-direction. This should not be the case. As the effect seems to decrease with additional LOs we current suspect that it is related to the core-tails treatment.
Hence the idea is to make the core-tail treatment correct in noco. First the simple version without explicit expansion, but then in a second step also this case.
