Completeness incorrect for sum integration after profile integration

The Peak3D class can hold two intensities, one for sum integration and one for profile integration. However, it can only hold one rejection flag, which will pertain to the most recent integration method used. Therefore, when comparing sum and profile statistics, the completenesses will appear to be equal for both methods, when they should be lower for profile integration in general.
