GUI: reapplying shapes does not revert rejection flags

If a ShapeModel is applied to a predicted peak collection, peaks may be marked as invalid because there are insufficient shapes in the given radius. If the radius is increased, those peaks remain rejected. Rejection status should be reverted before applying a shape model.
