Core: angular correction for detector thickness

BioDiff uses a detector with a thickness of 200um. As such, the direct beam impacting the detector will travel exactly 200um through it, whereas at high scattering angles, the neutrons will travel further through the detector medium.

This requires a per-pixel intensity correction. Details to follow.
