Goniometers are not initialised correctly

Goniometer angles are set during the data reading phase, when adding a frame using ****DataReader. It is always assumed that there are 3 sample goniometer axes and 2 detector goniometer axes (BioDiff, for example, has one and zero respectively). Moreover, the detector goniometer angles are never set.
