Add warning on selection of meaningless r1, r2, r3 filter parameters for blob finder in Experiment tab

When meaningless r1, r2, r3 filter parameters are provided in the "Experiment" tab -> "Find blobs in this image" section, the program crashes. This should be improved by generating an error message that will be displayed to the user. Similar behavior is implemented in the "Find Peaks" tab.
