Correct completeness
This MR fixes a couple of misconceptions of mine in the completeness calculation:
- Completeness is a function of symmetry-unique peaks, not all peaks.
- The denominator is comprised of all theoretically possible symmetry-unique peaks in the given resolution range, regardless of whether they intersect the Ewald sphere over the rotation range.
These are now corrected.
