Added a Semper format for convenient file exchange. Added many docstrings. 

semper: Implements the SemperFormat class for phasemaps and magnetizations.
forwardmodel: Docstrings for DistributedForwardModel.
phasemap: save_to_text now optionally without header.
ramp: Docstrings added.
